Community Life Improvement Programme
In 1996 Ghanaian Danish Community Association (GDCA) took initiative to start the Community Life Improvement Programme (CLIP). CLIP was originally created to support School for Life, to ease to work of women and children in a bid to entice parents to send their children to School for Life (SfL) classes.
Until the preparation for CLIP phase II, Ghana Venskabsgrupperne i Danmark (GV) had not formally been involved in CLIP's activities. However a group of GV members had been following its progress. Several GV members had visited the CLIP. In the Phase II, GV and GDCA are formal partners.
CLIP operates in the Yendi and Gusheigu-Karaga districts in Ghana's Northern Region.
