Yendi district was included in the pilot Phase from 1995 and from 1999 Yendi will have an Area office to administer the districts Yendi, Saboba/Chereponi, Zabzugu/Tatale and the Nanumba district.

The staff in Yendi consists of the District Co-ordinator S.A.Hussein

1 Konkomba superviser: A.N. Malik who also functions in Gusheigu/Karaga.
